HOW DO I GET A WATERFORD PUBLIC LIBRARY CARD?

To obtain a Waterford Public Library card, you must:

• Be a Waterford or Quaker Hill resident.

• Be able to show proof of residency, such as a driver’s license or mail addressed to your Waterford address or a Waterford taxpayer with proof (i.e. tax bill).

• Children must be able to print their first and last names legibly on the application, and a parent or guardian must sign their application as the responsible adult as well as accompany the child to the library when they apply for their card.

• Fill out and turn the application in at the Waterford Public Library at 49 Rope Ferry Road in person.

NOTE: Non-residents may use the Waterford Public Library according to the Connecticard statewide reciprocal borrowing program.  Non-residents regardless of their age must bring with them a valid and up-to-date library card from the public library serving the town in which they reside.
