HOW DO I GET A WATERFORD PUBLIC LIBRARY CARD?
To obtain a Waterford Public Library card, you must:
Be a Waterford or Quaker Hill resident.
Be able to show proof of residency, such as a driver’s license or mail addressed to your Waterford address or a Waterford taxpayer with proof (i.e. tax bill).
Children must be able to print their first and last names legibly on the application, and a parent or guardian must sign their application as the responsible adult as well as accompany the child to the library when they apply for their card.
Fill out and turn the application in at the Waterford Public Library at 49 Rope Ferry Road in person.
NOTE: Non-residents may use the Waterford Public Library according to the Connecticard statewide reciprocal borrowing program. Non-residents regardless of their age must bring with them a valid and up-to-date library card from the public library serving the town in which they reside.
