1. The Reference Librarians at the Waterford Library WELCOME your reference questions via e-mail.

1. We will respond to you via e-mail within 24 hours or one working day.

1. ALWAYS include your phone number and at least your first name in case we need to contact you by phone.

1. For questions that require extensive time and research or a more detailed, ongoing interview between you and the Reference Librarian, we invite you to visit the library in person or call us at 860 444-5805 ext.2 during regular library hours.  The library hours are 9-9 Monday-Thursday, Friday 9-5:30, Saturday 9-5 (9-1 July and August), and Sunday 1-5.

1. We cannot answer questions that require medical or legal interpretation.
